Develop A Winning Mindset A 1-day Personal development workshop from the Australasian Leadership Institute.

Cost: $450 per participant

For group bookings please contact mark@ali.org.nz for discount details.

Overview:
Attend a workshop that has been described as “inspiring” & “thought-provoking” & “life changing” If there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be then this workshop is for you. It is inconceivable to imagine a successful athlete without a Mind Coach or a Sports Psychologist because they fully understand the importance of having the correct mindset can have on their performance yet outside of the sports world it is still common to see people fail to reach their potential because of self doubt, limiting beliefs and even self destructive behaviour.

If you want to be successful you need to understand how you can make your mind work for you rather than against it.

An in-house version of this workshop is available so if you would like a Facilitator to come to your office please email Mark@ali.org.nz

Ideal participant:
Designed for anyone who is allowing self-doubt to prevent themselves for achieving their goals

Content:
Understanding how the mind works
Managing self-doubt
Learning the essential skills for developing mental strength and a winning mindset
Developing confidence to perform at your optimum and integrating mental conditioning into daily practices for optimum performance

Post workshop:
Every participant will receive a follow-up coaching session in order to help apply the principles learnt at the workshop What to expect: Please note that numbers at this workshop will be limited to five people in order for each participant to have the opportunity to develop strategies to deal with any real-life work scenarios they are facing.
